Emmet Field ElementaryEmmet Field Elementary is named after Judge Emmet Field, who lived in Crescent Hill the last part of the 19th Century. His house is on Field Avenue.
The school has been a fixture in Crescent Hill since 1915. It's Kentucky CATS scores have gone up over 22 points the last two years and Field is now ranked # 9 of 88 Jefferson County Elementary schools.

Field elementaryGreat news ! In September 2006 Field Elementary in Crescent Hill was named a national Blue Ribbon School, one of only four in Kentucky. Principal Susan French and some of the great staff were recognized in November in Washington DC for this award. To find out more about Field Elementary call the school at 502-485-8252.
